Do you deliver across Delhi NCR
Yes we do, delivery is chargeable as per distance. But for distances further than 10 kms, we recommended ordering a day in advance.

Why are your delivery charges so high?
The delivery charged to you goes to the delivery partner and we have no cut or share in it. Delivery is a tough job in Delhi's extreme weather conditions and door to door delivery is an intensive task that the riders should be paid well for. Always consider the cost of fuel and time you will bear if you were to come pick up the order in person from our studio and consider the delivery charge a convenience fee for the doorstep delivery.
Are all your products vegan/gluten-free/refined sugar-free/whole wheat?
No, we have a whole range of products from sinful to guilt-free and you can find what you are looking for category wise on the menu. We prefer using jaggery sugar in our refined sugar-free cakes but if you have a customised ingredient request, you can connect with us via whatsapp/call.
Do you make customised cakes?
Yes we do, please connect with us via whatsapp or call on 8527798868 to help us design a cake to suit your occasion, gathering size, budget. Customised buttercream cakes start from Rs 2100 per kg. We do not work with fondant generally but can do on special requests placed at least a week in advance.

Can you make a customised cake with a specific ingredient list?
Yes, charges apply. You can connect with us via whatsapp or call 8527798868. The charges for off the menu cakes in terms of flavours and ingredients start with Rs 2400/kg and depend on what ingredients you need us to use or procure.
Why can't I see the whole menu on Zomato/Swiggy?
Zomato/Swiggy have a turn around time of 5-15 minutes only so we have our top selling fast moving range of products there to ensure freshness. For everything else, you can order via our website.

Is there any risk of gluten contamination if we order gluten-free baked goods from Whisk A Wish?
While we are very careful about using only certified gluten-free ingredients, and use separate and clean utensils for production of gluten-free products, we do work with gluten in the same premises at different times. If even the slightest contamination is an issue for you, we recommend you get on a call with us before ordering, there would be an additional charge for eliminating gluten contamination depending on the scope of work required from our end to meet your demand.
Does your bakery offer vegan products?
Yes, as someone who is on the path of veganism, Chef Tanya is always working on adapting more and more of her old and new recipes with vegan substitutes. But we do work with dairy products and eggs in the same premises. We take utmost care to make sure there is no cross contamination in the process while preparing vegan products as we are aware of how severe lactose allergy can be.
Do you provide cakes suitable for diabetics?
Sugar and its substitutes are very subjective to each individual's health and preference and we recommend you write to us to clarify what you are ordering has the kind of sugar or sugar substitute you want.
Can you bake using whole wheat flour?
We have a huge 100% whole wheat menu and there is a category/section dedicated to that. For 100% whole wheat bread subscription model you can write to us oninfo@whiskawish.inwith your contact details, address and monthly consumption.
Do you accommodate orders for individuals with specific allergies?
We need at least 3 days notice to work on something off the menu and with multiple or rare dietary requirements. Please contact us via whatsapp or call to 8527798868

Do you provide delivery service across Delhi NCR?
Yes, we deliver across Delhi for orders placed in advance via our website. For areas beyond 20 kms please call us to check delivery charges before ordering.
What are your delivery timings?
Our services are available between 11 AM-6 PM and if you need an earlier or later slot, please call us before placing the order to check if its possible. Late night delivery is possible in certain areas at an additional Rs 100 charge.
Can orders be picked up directly from the bakery?
Yes, our address is Second Floor, 9, Corner Market, Malviya Nagar but please make sure you have placed your order in advance and confirmed the time with us before placing the order for pick up.
Do you take guarantee of safe delivery of your products?
While it is in our interest to make sure our products reach you exactly how we sent it, it is not possible for us to guarantee that cakes will reach you intact. The delivery is at your risk.

Yes, we do. We accept all forms of online payments such as Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Paytm, Google Pay, and UPI payments on the website. While we discourage Cash on Delivery, we may accommodate this payment method upon prior request.

Can I cancel my order?
No, because most of our products are made to order. In most cases cancellation is not possible. You can contact us on 8527798868 to check if your order can be cancelled. If cancellation is possible, we hold the amount with us for you to order at a later date.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns under any circumstances.
