1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to areas within 20 kilometres of our studio in Malviya Nagar. 

2. Delivery Times

Orders placed by 8 AM will be delivered by 8 PM. Estimated delivery time frame is four hours. If we are unable to arrange for a delivery partner for orders over 10 kms away, we will share the next best option for delivery or date change. 
Incase of rain or unavailability of delivery partners, we will share possible options and updated charges if any to get your order delivered. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to arrange delivery, customer must arrange for a pick up from our studio location in which case delivery charge will be refunded but orders once processed cannot be cancelled, rescheduling to next day will be taken into consideration.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are as follows:

Rs 15 per kilometer.
