They took a confirmed order, fully paid upfront, but just because my phone number wasn’t reachable, they did not initiate delivery on the anniversary eve. They kept telling me it was my fault since my number wasn’t reachable. But if they were already fully paid, I don’t understand what made them stop the delivery. Then they kept saying, 'We’re not refusing delivery; we’re still okay to deliver,' but by then it was the next day’s end and the special moment of having the cake reach my parents on their anniversary eve was missed—despite my having paid the full amount well in advance. It was a disappointment, and to top it off, they marked it in the system as a successful delivery, which is very misleading. I felt not only was there a lack of basic customer service attitude, but also that falsely marking it as delivered is simply not right.. they feel
That because my money was refunded all that they have done is totally acceptable
